One of the Twin cabins forward has a lower double berth and the upper single folds completely away, making it comfortable for a third couple.

Description:

We inspected the beautiful 72′ ketch LADY NATHALIE and met the yacht’s attractive crew of three from Turkey in Marmaris during May 2015. Bekir and Selen are as nice as they can be, and the yacht is beautifully appointed, as the pictures show. They base in Marmaris, Turkey, but are open to charters in Greece. The best option is to combine both countries in a week’s cruise, zig zagging back and forth between the coast of Turkey and the Greek islands, because a visit to a nearby Greek Island offers a fine contrast: Greece is Christian, and Turkey is Muslim. Greece has black-robed priests, and Turkey has mosques with minarets and calls to worship. Greece has white-washed villages, while Turkey has camels, tobacco fields and women, who wear veils over their faces, and Greece is only fifteen miles away.

The yacht has two cabins aft of the saloon, each with Queen berths, and two guest cabins forward of the saloon, one with lower double berth and upper foldaway single, and the other with upper and lower single bunks. Each has a private bathroom and each is fully air conditioned. The crew of three sleeps forward.

Crew Profiles:
Captain, BEKIR COMEZ
Bekir, the highly experienced Captain of S/Y Lady Nathalie, was born in 1969 and started a yachting career at the age of 17. He spent 13 years serving as deckhand on a number of sailing yachts based in different locations around the world and especially in the Mediterrannean.

For the last 13 years, Bekir has sailed extensively along the Turkish coasts, through the Greek islands, and along the coasts of Italy and France. He has logged many thousands of sea miles and has amassed vast amount of knowledge.

As an experienced charter captain, Bekir knows excatly where to go for snorkeling, swimming and catching the right breeze for sailing in the afternoon…. finding beautiful spots in which to anchor for the night. He has a hkindly demeanor and a smiling face,instilling confidence in all, when sailing the Lady Nathalie along the Turquoise coast of Turkey or through the Greek islands.

Bekir holds his Yacht Master licence and all of the necessary STCW certificates. Along with his native Turkish, Bekir speaks fluent English and Spanish
Chef & Stewardess, SELEN COMEZ
Selen studied Tourism and Hospitality Managment at University. Following her graduation, she worked in numerous hotels in İstanbul. She soon yearned for change and made a life-altering decision to move to Marmaris. Her first job was a position that saw her out and sailing with the company, Sunsail. After two years with Sunsail in Marmaris, Selen sailed with a crew across to the Caribbean, staying on in the Bristish Virgin Island and Saint Martin for a while beforre moving back to Marmaris.

It was then that Selen met her husband and started sailing with him. In his company, she continued to build on her knowledge of sailing – and also, her repertoire of freah and tasty dishes.. Selen has over ten years of experience on busy charter yachts, most of those as “chef and hostess”.

Selen specialises in healthy and delicious Meditteranian cuisine. She uses only the freshest of local, organically-grown vegetables and herbs to give an extra special flavour to her carefully-prepared meals.
Deckhand, EVREN ZORLU
Evren has 7 years of experience as a deckhand and has a broad knowledge base when it comes to all things nautical and a generous personality. Having completed his STCW basic training, he is is a fully-qualified “able seaman”. Evren developed a passion for life on the sea and is an ace at all kinds of water sports. His warmth and his positivity makes Evren a pleasure to have around and his guests warm to him readily.
