Description:
Available from Athens, Greece and flexible to move to Croatia and Turkey, the stabilized, 115’ Falcon motor yacht HELIOS built in 2010 is operated by the same crew as last year, namely captain Antonios Douglas, except for Mara, one of the stewardesses, who is new. This crew has a 60% repeat business. All the curtains have been replaced this year, as has the bench settee on the aft main deck. The winter 2016 refit enlarged the showers. Captain Antonio Daglis joined the yacht in 2010 when the yacht first started chartering. Babis, the steward, is starting his second year. The first stewardess has been aboard two years, the chef five years. They are a great team, and the chef won third prize in the cook-off last year. The stewardess won first place in the tablescape. They are competing again this year, 2017. The crew arrange a fun barbeque night on the beach with tents and offer dinner and lunch outside on the sun deck or on the aft main deck. They try and spend the days at beaches and evenings in ports.
HELIOS’ saloon is gorgeous and modern. It has white carpets with hand rubbed teak panelling, plus white sofas with geometric design throw cushions. There’s a pop up TV with Satellite television plus streaming ability and a server. There’s a formal dining saloon forward of the saloon, plus another dining table outside on the main aft deck, as well as one on the fly bridge, which is accessed by a stairway forward of the saloon through the captain’s bridge, where there is plenty of wireless internet, and which opens to a sun deck with large dining table seating ten to twelve guests under an arch, plus wet bar with refrigerator, sun beds, steering, and teak decks.
The yacht sleeps twelve guests in five staterooms, including a full beam VIP King cabin on the main deck, plus four staterooms below, two of which are twins with Pullmans for extra guests, and two are doubles, including one full beam master stateroom with walk in closet and large bathroom. The yacht carries a jet ski, an inflatable tender with 80 hp outboard, waterskiis, wakeboard, snorkel gear. There’s no Jacuzzi on the sun deck, and since guests need a license to operate jet skis in the Mediterranean, the bosun goes with guests on the jet ski.
