TELLSTAR – This brand new, 77’ Lagoon sailing catamaran is one of 12 built; launched in 2019, she won Best Yacht Overall at the November, 2019 charter yacht show and has many special features.

8 Guests with 3 Crew – John, Jamie and Jake call themselves the J-Crew.  Wearing light gray uniforms, Jake the first mate is ready and rearing to go!  American captain John Gorman with curly blond hair is graying and jolly.  His wife, Jamie, the chef and first mate complements them perfectly and are lots of fun as well.

Rates & Plans for 2020 – $58,000 to $59,500 weekly all inclusive for two to eight guests (rates slide according to number in party) except $72,000 weekly for Christmas week and $75,000 weekly for New Year’s week.  Add $1,500 for St. Maarten charters; add $4,000 for St. Lucia/Grenadines charters.  Not available July 1 to November 1, 2020 in Annapolis,  MD.

Beautiful Table Setting -Large aft cockpit with dining table seats 8 people.  Two sunbathing beds located outboard of the cockpit under shade offer a comfortable place to sit at sea.

Saloon –Extra large with lots of AC, decorated in gray with dark wood flooring.  A buffet table surrounds the mast, so there are no bulkheads; views are had in all directions; a door leads forward to the bow and forward cockpit.  There are windows all around, and three different cocktail seating areas in the saloon, plus coffee station, biscuits, and galley down.

Forward Cockpit – nice for use during the evening and sailing for sunbathing.

Inflatable dock – floats off the back of the boat, sturdy enough for chairs.

Sports – Sea bobs, waterskiis

Master Cabin – Legion fields!  Spacious centerline King bed faces window in hull, so you can see out; taut white spreads with navy blue band, and beds float.  Walk in closet (or infants room!  The crew often put a Pack and Play in there for a small baby.)

Guest Cabin to starboard is the smallest of them all but still sizeable with centerline Queen facing window.  Located near the galley, there’s a counter with seat near the door where guests often find themselves getting cooking demonstrations from the chef.  Guests sit and watch Jamie cook.  Forward of the galley is the crew quarters and crew living room.

Third stateroom is larger with centerline Queen and windows, plus sconces and gray cotton quilt, lots off AC, modern décor, minimalist, Zen-like feel, indirect lighting, robes.

Fourth cabin is accessed from the cockpit, a twin cabin that converts to a King.  Beds slide together to form a double.

Fly Bridge – Tables fold out and crew serve meals up there.  The fly bridge offers a second option for dining out of doors.  There are lots of fitted cushions up there, a large lounge mattress; the roof retracts for stargazing.  Marvelous!

Scuba –  Diving is included for Certified Divers. Maximum 3 dives per week.  Captain John Gorman is a dive master and dives with guests.  The yacht carries compressor, and six tanks, regulators and BCs aboard.  More can rented for additional divers.  Rendezvous diving is offered for guests with no prior diving experience.  http://www.cyabrochure.com/scuba/544/accX/5856
